Takao Grapes and Cream Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
Granulated sugar 80g
Baking powder 5g
Takao grapes 18
Cream cheese 2 blocks (15g/each)
Eggs 2
Milk 60cc
Canola oil 2 T
Lemon juice 1 T

Remove the grapes from the cluster, wash, and pat dry. Cut half of the grapes into halves horizontally, and the remaining half of the grapes horizontally and vertically into fourths. Divide the cream cheese blocks into 6 pieces each.

Add the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder in a bowl, then mix with a whisk (A). In a separate bowl, add eggs, milk, canola oil, and lemon juice, then mix. Pour the emulsified mixture into the center of A and lightly stir starting from the outer edge. Add the grapes cut into fourths into the mixture and lightly stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened.

Fill muffin tins halfway with the batter from (step) 2, top with a piece of cream cheese, then pour the remaining batter on top. Lastly, place the halved grapes and a piece of cream cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake for 20–25 minutes.
