Japanese pear yogurt with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
One package of store-bought vanilla ice cream
One package of store-bought soft plain yogurt
A few mint leaves
Directions

Peel the pear and chop it into chunks 1–2 cm in size.

Place a generous amount of yogurt into a glass dish.

Add the chopped pear and stir.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and add the mint leaves.

Just a few steps and you can transform a Japanese pear into an exciting dessert. You can also adjust the size of the cut pear pieces however you like.
