A favorite of strawberry grower Ryota Tobisawa!
Sugar (to taste)
5–6 ice cubes
Rinse and hull the strawberries.
Place them in a blender with the strawberries, milk, ice, and just a touch of sugar. Blend well.
Add more sugar if you like a sweeter shake.
Transfer to a glass and enjoy!
If you have more time and can freeze the strawberries in advance, you don’t need to add the ice. You can also add a bit of strawberry jam, vanilla ice cream, or yogurt if you like for some fun variations!
